Avyanna Psychotherapy offers psychotherapy services to adult individuals aged 18 and above. Our services include:

No Emergency Services
Avyanna Psychotherapy does not provide emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital. We provide resources for immediate support through helplines listed in our blog posts.

Client Age Requirement
Our services are currently available only to individuals aged 18 and above.

Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked via email or phone. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a client doesn't show up or cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged.

Payment and Refund Policy
Session fees are not displayed on our website. For our 6-session package:
* Full payment is required upfront.
* Clients have up to one year to complete all sessions.
* If a client requests a refund before completing all sessions, they will be charged the full (non-discounted) price for sessions attended, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics and Indian law. However, there may be instances where we are legally required to break confidentiality, such as in cases of imminent harm to self or others, or as required by court order.

Limitation of Liability
Avyanna Psychotherapy and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Avyanna Psychotherapy and protected by Indian copyright laws.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
